  Awasome styling and cut. It's usually very hard for me to find a good stylist and end up with good results.
  Hair wash was with tratment and a lovely head massage. Just what I needed.
  Mariano did a great job. I do like my haircut and style a lot and it feels fabulous. Definitely get an appointment with Mariano of you can, trust me. Had a nice chat as well.
  
  And the chocolates in the black had are yum

  Imagine a salon calling you to cancel your appointment on your birthday, 30 minutes before it was due? Why? Because they weren't prepared to honour an agreement to waive a skin test made a week ago.
  
  My problem isn't that they weren't prepared to go ahead without a skin test.
  
  My problem is that they agreed in the first place. And then did nothing. Didn't call us during the week to say, "sorry, no we can't do it". Didn't call us on the morning of the appointment to say, "sorry, no we can't do it" but called 30 minutes before the appointment - a full 5 minutes before we left the house.
  
  That's incompetent.
  
  The fact my wife's birthday was ruined was inconsequential to them.
  
  And we never received a real apology from the manager (the receptionist was great though).
  
  We'd been clients of Toni & Guy for 8 years in Australia and used their products to have our hair coloured. Now we will never use Toni & Guy again.
