  Yoga classes at the Reading Hindu Temple are not associated with the temple, other than that Pran Yoga rents the hall space from the Temple. The classes are entirely run by volunteer Yoga teachers. Each week a new teacher runs the sessions; they do a lot of breath work, meditation as well as the actual poses themselves. Classes are ideal for beginners; they are quite simple and easy to follow and there is a real community spirit about the place. It's a good way to make new friends as well as get fit and unwind from the rigours of a working week.

  A nice place to come find your peace and serenity among thr Hindu gods and deities. Easily accessible from almost all parts of Reading. Special Navratri festival & Diwali arrangements are also held here. Overall a great place to trace back your heritage in a western world like the UK and still feel like at Home.
