  A bad council to deal with. Customer service is always poor. Very long waits just to speak to reception. They never seem to receive any post because when you send them important documents they magically go missing. Complaining doesent help either, they just keep escalating it until it reaches someone who has the authority to tell you to get lost. Overall, the council is one of the worst things about living in Reading!

  A bunch of con artists. Gave me a parking ticket even though I clearly bought a ticket. Apparently I parked on the wrong side of the "empty" road. I don't think I did but even if I did, I paid for parking, no one was effected, you think parking services should be out to get those people trying to pull a fast one, not genuine people. Asked them a simple question to prove I was parked on the wrong side, they didn't. Kept getting a letter to pay from the "leader" of parking services to pay, who signs the letter but hasn't got the guts to put their name to it! All about revenue generation. Awful council. They should hang their head in shame.
