  Absolutely useless. Took 1.5 years to get a gearbox replaced under warranty as nobody believe there was an issue. Still haven't learned their lesson. Fault with car warming up, won't go past 2 bars on motorway. Offered to provide VIDEO evidence, got told that's not enough and they need to fault it in person. Was told one of their technicians took it out and saw the gauge didn't go up but thermostat kicked in, had to do a long road test. Got told that he couldn't fault it on the 'long' road test (5 miles around Whitley), baring in mind the whole 22 mile journey I do each day. Came in, did a road test with the technician and IN TRAFFIC it took 15-20 minutes to go to 4 bars (optimal). Test drove another car with the same technician, took 5 minutes to warm up to optimal. Technician then LIED to the service manager that it took the same time..then back tracked and said it was a lot less time but the same miles (this is as traffic hour, 5pm so was an obvious lie). Again offered to give video evidence, didn't care. Explained about my anxiety and how much stress this is causing me, again didn't care. I have lost countless days of work due to this unprofessional service department, and caused no end of stress. All for a car, which I need to get to work and do my job and NEVER EVER come to this place, NEVER EVER buy a ford. If you're not paying them they don't care about you.
