  For a recently new RDC, the warehousr staff really haven't got orgsnised. Sat for two hours, only when I complained was I informed the lorry needed repositioning.
  Many others been kept waiting way beyond normal delivery time.

  We are delivering here quite often. Coming with rail boxes. After arrival you mostly need to wait for a bay at least 1 hours and after another at least 2-3 hours to get unloaded. The staff and managers can be very disrespectful and not really keen to help or sort out any situation. All what you will hear from them that they are busy. I would say one of the bad ones Tesco sides.
