  If I could give less than a one star I would for customer service. I ordered a low profile platform scale and it arrived damaged. I contacted their customer services and it was replaced but it took six weeks to arrive and guess what that one was damaged as well.
  
  i contacted their customer services and was accused of damaging their scale myself, i mean what sort of customer buys a scale for their business and damages it on purpose???
  
  Stay away from this company like the plauge.
